For more than 22 years, Mrs. Debra Nixon-Bowles has committed her life as an advocate, inspirational speaker, and domestic violence expert.
 As Founder and CEO of Women Called Moses nonprofit organization, she has educated, empowered, and fundraised to create awareness and change in her efforts to end violence against women.
 Mrs. Debra Nixon-Bowles is known for her voice and passion for women and children impacted by domestic violence, and hands-on collaboration with Women Called Moses clients. When the needs increased within the community, Mrs. Debra Nixon-Bowles leaned on her years of corporate experience. She conducted the necessary analysis and research, to determine how to scale up her own organization. To include overseeing operations such as internal and external, funding, community education, and community partnerships, Mrs. Debra Nixon-Bowles has "firsthand" experience involving both for-profit and nonprofit industries.
 Hard work has led to the favor of being a well-respected community crusader. Working directly in the trenches she has rescued many women and children to bring safety underground shelter in the new age.
 This trailblazer's personal sacrifice on the frontlines for victims is her most important accomplishment. With a foundation of unique expertise, Mrs. Debra Nixon-Bowles and her works are often expanded to new heights and God-given opportunities.


Kim Lotts is 4x Author, business coach and owner of Lotts of Learning Academy LLC daycare facility. After 10 years in business, an advocate of entrepreneurship, Kim started Lotts of Motivation to coach and support other women on their journey to building Multi-Million Dollar daycare businesses. As a business strategist, she guides women in business or those who desire to become entrepreneurs by providing tools and creating a structured business model so they will be successful in both their personal life and professional careers.
 As a single mother of two amazing sons Da’ Wayne 23 and Denim 15, she dedicated her life to not only her children, but families in her community. Both passions led to her creating a daycare and a commitment to helping other women and youth in her community, now they too can be successful. Along with her amazing staff, Kim enriches the lives of children by equipping them with the skills they need before they advance to primary education.
 Kim grew up in Missouri City, Texas and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She has published four (4) books “From Fear to Faith” documenting her journey to entrepreneurship, " How To Turn Your Paycheck Or Unemployment Check Into A Profitable Home Daycare With Little To No Money" and two co-author projects; “The Footprint of Success” and “Visionistas” to inspire others to follow there passion. She also enjoys spending time with her family and serving the community they live in. She believes in working hard and operating in the gifts God has given her. Her mission in life is “to walk by faith and help others do the same!”
